hey friends, yes it’s been a long time between posts and I have to apologise for leaving the blog quiet for so long. it’s been a busy year for me, exapnding in to wedding photography, studying graphic design full time and working part time!
well i’m back and hopefully i can provide you with more ideas, education and inspiration :)
today for lunch i made smoked salmon and avocado stacks with mesculine, capers and a squeeze of lemon. you should all check out Orgran Crispibread with Quinoa. they’re like cruskits only they’re organic, made of brown rice and quinoa - 2 slices is only 40cal. I found them in supabarn but i’m sure any good grocer with a decent healthfood isle should stock them.
